**All items are guaranteed up to 30 days of receipt for store credit. If you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly issue a store credit for your purchase price, excluding shipping charges. For more information, please contact us!**

Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they haven't already been dispatched from our fulfillment center/ warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact a Mysteaque customer representative at the soonest, at customer, to avoid any inconvenience. On successfully canceling your order, Mysteaque offers you two modes of receiving your refund:

  • 1. Mysteaque store credit which you can encash at any future date. The store credit gets added to your Mysteaque account a few hours after your order has been successfully cancelled.
  • 2. A refund back into the debit/credit card used to pay for your order. This typically takes 5-7 working days.
