RETURN AND CANCELLATION

We work very hard to make sure that orders are filled correctly and completely and that they are packaged well to prevent breakage/damage. Given our commitment of providing our customer highest quality tea products available in the market, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at customerservice@mysteaque.com if you received one or more of the following

  • 1. A Damaged Product/Packaging
  • 2. A Wrong Product
  • 3. An Unsatisfactory product

Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority for us at Mysteaque and we would be happy to help you with the best possible solution, including a store credit or refund if required.

**All items are guaranteed up to 30 days of receipt for store credit. If you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly issue a store credit for your purchase price, excluding shipping charges. For more information, please contact us!**

Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they haven't already been dispatched from our fulfillment center/ warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact a Mysteaque customer representative at the soonest, at customer service@mysteaque.com, to avoid any inconvenience. On successfully canceling your order, Mysteaque offers you two modes of receiving your refund:

  • 1. Mysteaque store credit which you can encash at any future date. The store credit gets added to your Mysteaque account a few hours after your order has been successfully cancelled.
  • 2. A refund back into the debit/credit card used to pay for your order. This typically takes 5-7 working days.
